Led by Davy
Crockett, a frontman and lyricist second to none.
Their wordy rootsy punk-pop hints at Shane McGowan and Joe Strummer territory
by way of it's introverted observations that explode into raw and powerful
expression. '98 saw their debut album 'We May Be Skinny And Wirey' released
on Blue Dog/ V2 label offering a major option to discerning Manic's and
Nirvana fans.
Next up, they toured with The Stereophonics, before setting out on their
own headline tour, in turn acquiring one of the most revered repuations
on the live circuit.
Their second album 'The Great Brain Robbery' is out now, containing the
single 'On Something'.
Davey also currently has a book out entitled 'Unamazing Disgaces' - available
at the gigs.
This show is a very rare treat to see them unplugged and perhaps a few
naked insights into what makes The Crocketts tick, tick, tick ... argh
!
